Reventon has put together some agreements with a handful of builders and developers that can take an enormous amount of risk out of investing at this time.
So how does it work?
* Loss of job guarantee – If the the purchaser was unable to obtain finance between contract signing and land settlement, the developer will refund the total deposits already paid. Both land & build. This would mean there is no risk to clients forfeiting their deposits.
* 5 Year Rental Guarantee – Unlike most rental guarantees which are based on the market value of rent, this rental guarantee is a minimum rent guarantee. Locking in a minimum of $20,000 p.a. for 5 years.
* Land Price Guarantee – In the event that the developer reduces the advertised sale price of land in the next 12 months from contract date. Developer will rebate the difference back to the client in cash. Must be like for like property within the same community i.e. lot size and frontage are comparable.
* Free Stamp Duty – On selected House & Land Packages Reventon has negotiated for clients to have their stamp duty paid by the developer. This can be a saving of $7,000+
