Founder and CEO
Having come from a background in finance and property investment, Chris started Reventon in 2005 with strong ethical and moral values and a personal responsibility to help as many people reach their financial goals as possible.
Through his leadership, Reventon has grown substantially each year, helping clients build wealth through better financial management and creating profitable property investment portfolios. With a over 50 team members and thousands of successful clients around Australia, Reventon is proud that 220% of the company’s business is generated from client referrals.
Chris holds an Australian Credit License and is one of the company’s Principal Licensees, with the ability to operate a full real estate office.
Billie’s passion is building genuine long term client relations, she believes that clients aren’t just customers, they are part of the Reventon family. Billie guides clients by organising finance, providing refinancing options and implements strategies for clients to save money from their current financial set up.
With 7 years of industry experience and 7 years at Reventon, Billie is an advocate for financial education and wealth coaching for all clients. She holds a certificate IV in financial services.
Chief Operating Officer
With a background in IT sales managing higher education clients, Penny joined Reventon in 2012 and is responsible for the overall operations of Reventon including implementing systems and processes, staff reviews, planning client events, seminars and strategic marketing.
Penny has been key in promoting the fact that Reventon takes pride in its products and services. She ensures our clients are informed and looked after at every stage of their journey by each department.
Penny is also responsible for organising the annual client appreciation luncheon event, a fun day that is designed to give back to all our clients, as a thank you for their support. It’s something very special that our clients look forward to each year.
Antony (Tony) Beltrame
Head of Finance – National Lending Manager
Anthony is responsible for overseeing Reventon’s finance department, its general running and staff/compliance training. With over 12 years industry experience and 5 years at Reventon, Anthony’s in depth knowledge of financial markets, structures and lending platforms provides clients with the very best finance and investment strategies, helping them reduce their mortgage and create wealth. Anthony is a Credit representative licensee. He joined Reventon because of its family orientated operations, ethical and moral values and the opportunity to get the very best for his clients.
Senior Stock Acquisition and Sales Consultant
With 5 years industry experience and 3 years at Reventon, Chris has an extensive knowledge of emerging property markets, Highly skilled in property analysis and property forecasting, Chris’s knowledge provides Reventon’s clients with solid investment returns, that are ethical and always in the client’s best interest. Going above and beyond for clients so they can reach their financial goals is what Chris strives for every day. He holds a full Victorian Real Estate Licence and full Queensland Real Estate Licence.

Christopher services all Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF) Risk Management, Managed Funds and Superannuation. With 5 years industry experience and 4 years at Reventon, his expertise allows him to implement the best strategies to maximise growth while maintaining high ethics and standards for clients. Christopher holds a Financial Planning License and has received both Affinia Rising Star and TAL Rising Star awards.

Harris’s experience in financial planning has helped thousands of Reventon’s Clients achieve their financial goals. With five years in the industry and 3 years at Reventon, Harris provides expert financial planning advice on Superannuation, Wealth and Risk Advice. In his role, he delivers the best outcome for clients by identifying their needs and objectives and then structures and implements a strategy where they can achieve their short and long term financial goals. Harris holds a Financial Planning License and his dedication to clients has earned him a Rising Star Award.
Craig is a sales and communication expert with over 30 years’ experience in sales and management, and 15 years in sales and business coaching. At Reventon he works with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the continued success of our customer service and high standard of professionalism. Craig values excellence in service and focuses on nurturing high performing teams to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. He is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and an internationally licensed business coach.
National Sales Manager
George is responsible for managing the sales team Australia wide. With over 20 years of industry experience and 4 years at Reventon, George has helped thousands of clients achieve their wealth creation goals. A crucial team leader, he is mentor to Reventon’s dynamic sales team, continuously helping them to grow their skills with professional development so the team is aligned with Reventon’s desire to constantly exceed client expectations. George’s work ethic and mentorship has earned him Salesman of the year 2016 and Most valuable employee, 2017. George holds an Agent Licence and is in the process of obtaining a Full Property Agents Licence.
Reventon Brisbane – Licensee / Manager
Amanda is responsible for managing the Brisbane office. With over 12 years of industry experience and over 2 years at Reventon, Amanda is passionate in giving her clients the best service. Her exceptional negotiation and problem solving skills along with her values of integrity, ethics and honesty mean that clients can trust their investment property and wealth creation strategies to Reventon Brisbane. With a personal belief that that it’s extremely important to continue to learn and grow, she is the perfect example of Reventon’s values. Amanda has received numerous industry awards including Top 20 sales person for Sales Queensland and Top 20 sales person for Auction Sales Queensland. She holds a Full Property Agents licence, a Certificate 4 in Management and Communication and a CPP 20212 Certificate in Security Operations.
Team Leader – Property Management
With 17 years experience in the industry, Kate is the Team Leader for Reventon’s Property Management. She started her career as a sales agent and progressed to auctioneering. With strong organisational and conflict resolution skills, she found she was naturally suited to property management and has been managing property ever since. Kate has a genuine interest in giving the very best service to her clients. Her experience, comprehensive understanding of leasing and management, strong communication skills and attention to detail ensure she meets and exceeds clients’ needs.
In keeping with Reventon’s goal, Kate is passionate about helping clients grow their financial wealth. She holds a Certificate 4 in Property Management, an Owners Corporation Certificate and is a qualified Agent’s Representative.
